From the Garden State Parkway (North):

Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 129. Follow the signs for Woodbridge and Perth Amboy. After you pass the Route 440 turn-off, follow the signs for New Brunswick Avenue. Make a left on New Brunswick Avenue and follow New Brunswick Avenue about 1/2 mile to the McDonalds hamburger stand. Turn left on Lee Street (opposite McDonalds). The Raritan Bay Mental Health Center is two blocks down Lee Street, on the corner of Lee Street and Brace Avenue.

From the Garden State Parkway (South):

Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 127. Take the 3rd exit into Perth Amboy (there are 3 immediate turn-offs.) Sign is for New Brunswick Avenue. Make a left onto New Brunswick Avenue and follow for about a mile. Turn left at McDonalds onto Lee Street. The Raritan Bay Mental Health Center is two blocks down Lee Street, on the corner of Lee Street and Brace Avenue.

From the New Jersey Turnpike:

Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 11. Follow the signs for Woodbridge (Route 440) and Perth Amboy. Stay to the right and go past the Route 440 turnoffs The next exit will be New Brunswick Avenue in Perth Amboy. Turn left onto New Brunswick Avenue and proceed approximately 1/2 mile to the McDonalds hamburger stand. Turn left at McDonalds (Lee Street) and follow Lee Street for two blocks to its intersection with Brace Avenue. The Raritan Bay Mental Health Center will be on your right.

From Route 287:

Take Route 287 South which becomes Route 440 (Signs read to Staten Island). Take 2nd Perth Amboy exit (Sign reads Jct. 184 to 35 Amboy Avenue). Bear right at exit. Take 1st right (immediately after light) onto Lee Street. Proceed for 4 blocks to Brace Avenue. The Raritan Bay Mental Health Center is on the left side of Lee Street across from the basketball court. (570 Lee Street).
