Dear Middlesex County Vendor –

Effective immediately, the Middlesex County Purchasing Department has made available bids and proposals on the Purchasing web site.  We encourage all vendors to retrieve bids and proposals by downloading them from this website.  If you experience problems downloading the documents from this site, you may request a copy of the bid or proposal documents by e-mail to the following address: purchasing@co.middlesex.nj.us.

Requests MUST include the bid or proposal number and title in the subject heading. The request shall also include additional information such as return e-mail address, contact name, street address, phone number, etc.

Please note that this web address will respond to requests for bid or proposal documents ONLY. All other correspondence at this address will be deleted without action.

Vendors are strongly encouraged to visit this site frequently to check for addendums and/or cancellations of posted bids.

Please call 732-745-3277 if you require additional assistance.

We will no longer be mailing the bid and proposal documents.  It should be noted that all public bids will continue to be advertised in the Home News Tribune.  Proposals are not advertised in the newspaper, but will continue to appear on the County web site indicated above.

MIDDLESEX COUNTY PURCHASING DEPARTMENT BID LISTS

The Middlesex County Purchasing Department maintains a prospective bidders list, classified by commodity type and service.  You may be placed on this list by filling out a Bidders’ Application and mailing it to us.  Please include your e-mail address, if you have one. When we are ready to go out to bid, you will receive a Notice to Bidders to advise you that specifications are available.  If you are not on our bidders list, YOU WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY receive the notice.  You may download and print a PDF file copy of the Bidders’ Application here:
