Substitute teacher charged with marijuana possession, distribution
††††††††† Middlesex County Acting Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey and Chief James Parker of the South Plainfield Police Department announced today that a borough man, who has worked as a substitute teacher at the borough high school and middle school, has been arrested and charged with possessing marijuana with intent to distribute it.

He was arrested at his home on October 17, 2013 following an investigation by Detective Garrett Cassio of the South Plainfield Police Department.
Tudor posted $1,000 bail and was released from custody following his arrest.
During the investigation, police seized approximately 70 grams of marijuana valued at $1,200 and charged Tudor intended to sell the controlled dangerous substance.
investigation further showed that Tudor worked as a substitute teacher in the

As is the case with all criminal defendants, the charges against Tudor are merely accusations and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
