Scout leader charged with possessing child porn
County Prosecutor Bruce J. Kaplan and Kenneth P. McCormick, director of the
North Brunswick Police Department, announced that an
Phil Rogozenski (DOB 4/2/63) of East Brunswick was arrested on June 14, 2012, at his job at Bristol-Myers Squibb in North Brunswick, where he works as a senior manager of automation.

was charged with one count of possession of child pornography, a fourth degree
crime, following an investigation by Investigator
The investigation showed that Rogozenski possessed the illicit material on a computer at work.
The investigation began after officials at the pharmaceutical company discovered the child pornography and called police.
Bail was set at $5,000 after Rogozenski was arrested and charged.

As is the case with all criminal defendants, the charge against Rogozenski is merely an accusation and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
