Mission Statement
Prosecutor Bruce Kaplan, in an effort to expand community awareness, has developed the Middlesex Out-Reach and Education (“M.O.R.E.”) unit of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. In furtherance of its mission, the “M.O.R.E.” unit has developed educational and awareness programs suited for the vast needs of the citizenry of Middlesex County. It is the Prosecutor’s belief that through outreach and education, the community will be informed of various types of criminal activity, thereby allowing the citizenry to better protect itself and providing a valuable resource to the law enforcement agencies investigating and prosecuting criminal matters. “M.O.R.E.”, in conjunction with Middlesex County police departments, operates under the premise that a partnership between the community and law enforcement is vital to improving the quality of life in Middlesex County.
