Section 8 Rental Assistance - This program pays part of a qualifying very low income household's rent in a private-market apartment. The amount paid is determined by the household's income and rent. This program is available only to households whose income is less than one-half the region's median. There is a long waiting list for this program, so applications are not being taken at this time.
